Nokia N series, Top multimedia phones
Posted on Dec 14, 2007 under Mobile technology |Nokia N-Series
The Nokia N92 is the first GSM phone with DVB-H receiver, making it possible for users to watch and record live TV broadcasts. The Nokia N80 is the world’s first handset to feature UPnP technology. This allows it to be used as a remote control for swapping content via Wi-Fi between compatible PCs, audio equipment and TVs. The slider phone has a 3 megapixel camera with macro mode and video capture with digital video stabilization. The Nokia N80 has the same high-resolution display we know from Nokia N90 - 352 x 416 pixels, up to 262,144 colors. The Nokia N80 should be available in 1Q 2006 with an estimated price of 500 euros. Nokia N71 is something we have seen already from the numerous leeks on the web.
The latest multimedia N series:
Nokia N95
If you need an all-in-one communications, navigation and imaging device and don’t mind charging it every night, Nokia’s N95 raises the bar in the mobile world.
Nokia N93i
Nokia’s latest 3G smartphone is a small upgrade to the N93 and comes in a stylish package. Loaded with the latest features in mobile phone technology, the N93i is perfect for anyone looking for a reasonable quality camera that can double as a mobile phone or PDA.
Nokia N93
While Sony Ericsson continues to blur the line between cellular phones and dedicated digital cameras with its Cyber-shot handhelds, Nokia is crossing new frontiers in mobile video with the N93.
Nokia N91 8GB
Nokia has made the N91 black and upped the memory to 8GB, but not much else has changed with this bulky multimedia phone.
Nokia N91
The N91 sees Nokia take two steps forward with functionality and one step back in its design efforts, making the phone suitable for feature-mongers but not so attractive to budding fashionistas.
Nokia N90
Nokia’s N90 has a 2-megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and a swivelling form factor that offers maximum flexibility while composing shots.
Nokia N80
This feature-packed 3G phone with a 3-megapixel camera mostly excels, but is held back slightly by a maddening navigation key and short battery life.
Nokia N76
Nokia’s latest N series clamshell is a shiny 3G multimedia phone with dual displays, a standard 3.5mm headphone jack for music, and support for Windows DRM.
Nokia N73
Nokia’s N73 is one of the best camera phones we’ve seen this year, with a wide range of multimedia and business features tucked under its belt. Responsiveness, however, is not a strong point.
Nokia N70
It might be the baby of Nokia’s N Series, but it still sports a 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth and a 64MB reduced-size MMC.
